PLEASE NOTE: Only an adult listed on a child's registration form will be allowed to sign them out with their coach.

PHOTO REALEASE: By signing your child up for Mega Sports Camp (MSC) you are giving permission for your child's photo to be used and posted on social media. Please understand that we do not have the capability to comb through all pictures taken in order to exclude certain individual's from candid shots. However, if you would prefer your child not be in the organized group team/camp pictures, please send me an e-mail stating so at Jamiedt25@gmail.com. Thank you for your understanding.
